Hill and Valley Welcomes their New Northern Regional Sales Manager

(ROCK ISLAND, IL. November 12, 2007) Hill and Valley, a Rock Island-based manufacturer of sugar free and no sugar added desserts and snacks, announces the hiring of a new Northern Regional Sales Manager.

Jim Rasmussen has joined the Hill & Valley sales team in November of 2007 in the position of Northern Regional Sales Manager. His past professional experience includes a dozen years with Schwan's Bakery, Inc., Suwanee, GA as their Director of Sales, National Accounts and Director of Regional Sales West, In-Store Bakery / Deli. As Vice President of Regional Sales for Schwan's, Jim pioneered new in-store bakery business within the Northeastern US market. Other positions held during his career within the supermarket baking industry include Country Home Bakers, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia as their Regional Sales Manager and for Maplehurst Deli Bake, Inc. Indianapolis, IN as their District Sales Manger. Mr. Rasmussen and his family currently reside in Canton, Georgia.
